Just clear the prologue and u can literally skip straight to the insanely upgraded new maps and start the latest story. Super easy for noobs to enjoy the gameplay rn. Grab the current banner ballerina and free Mizuki and u can just facroll combat, no need to overthink it tbh.

Nah, obv it hits harder if u read in order, but as a story junkie myself, there are so many complex foreshadowings everywhere u won't get it first try anyway. The main and side quests are literally designed so u gotta replay them multiple times, so u don't even gotta stress about reading order or spoilers that much lol.
