With E2 Traveler and E2 Mizuki u get 150k, and max Traveler pushes E2 Mizuki to 178k so it's totally fine tbh. Extra content only needs 130k DPS anyways, and with E2 Odette dropping huge enhanced skill numbers plus buffs for Mizuki and max Traveler, u easily smash past 230k

Lowkey if u already got C0 u're already set. Anniv gives 1, training makes it E2. I don't even have Mizuki so I'm stuck getting C0 from anniv and E1 from training. But hey I got E2 Odette so my C1 Mizuki would still absolutely destroy ur E2 Mizuki any day lmao get rekt

Lowkey for low-spenders, just using Mizuki for Swirl and dumping all ur pulls into the Tsarina team is prob the most optimal play

If u just wanna test it out, Traveler basically only needs to apply Cryo for now, so u can just try it as soon as ur Anemo side is done tbh
